scirate minor issues

Jaiden,

the cron job that updates the papers on scirate-dev seems to not be working

the comment box renders without a toolbar for papers that don't already have comments (Google Chrome, Win7):

I made some comments and they don't show up in the recent comments box

somehow i got myself subscribed to quant-ph twice
