i notced in an email a while ago that there appears to be some sort of plan of things that are being completed before the "public" is told about scirate.
is this actually the case? or is it okay to publicise scirate now, or in the coming weeks? (i ask because in the next week or so i'll be trying to write some articles about "open science" in order to promote this thing - http://openscienceworkshops.github.io/ - and want to mention scirate, but i can probably wait a little bit if that's preferred, or just not mention it yet.)

We are debating how scalable this is with the current features, and
that is slowiing down our promoting it more widely within science
circles, but yes, by all means, please go ahead and write for this
workshop.

I think if we do find that more people start using scirate, then it will finally provide us with the impetus to develop some of the scalability tools that we've talked about in the past (recommendation engines, in particular).
