Need help on using scipy.stats.skewnorm

Hello,

I have a basic query in using scipy.stats.skewnorm random variable functions. In general I think question applies to all other RV implementations in scipy. The physical quantity I have has a time unit. The skewness parameter "a" should that be also a unit parameter or unit less one? As per the Pearson's definition it is a unitless parameter and divided by standard-deviation.

I am in bit of a hurry and quick response will be helpful.
