More tickets to SciPy Latin America

SciPy Latin America 2016 is almost here. :-) A few informations:

1. We opened the registration for tutorials.
   
2. We released our second and last set of tickets for talks today.
   
3. We will be using Gitter, http://gitter.im/, for some communication during the conference. If you want to join the channel now just go to https://gitter.im/scipy-latinamerica/scipyla2016 and start talking with us.
   
4. If you still need help to attend the conference, have special requests or only need information contact us as soon as possible.
   We will provide directions to the rooms soon.
