Problem while running on my local machine!

I'm a beginner  to SCION. When I type command "./scion.sh run", it gives me the following error:

Hi there,

It seems like you are missing the Cap'n'Proto Go code generator or it cannot be found for some reason. I need some more info in order to help you. 

- Are you running Ubuntu 16.04? 
- Did you follow the README at https://github.com/netsec-ethz/scion step-by-step?

Also you seem to be running scion as root. You shouldn't do it this. In case any of the installation or setup processes need root permissions it will ask for them.
