Why does not handle_response work ?

hi
when i tried to send a scmp packet to remote host, after that i received a reply scmp packet through tcpdump. But i could not capture reply scmp packet by handle_response function. Can anyone help me ?

That sounds like the dispatcher still doesn't know how to handle the
SCMP ping reply, so it can't deliver it to the application.

but i captured a reply scmp packet by tcpdump. is problem in recv function of socket ?
