BigQuery Storage Write API?

Hi Everyone,

BigQuery now has the Storage Write API -- wondering whether this gotten much consideration or has anyone thought much about wrt scio being able to leverage and write to bigquery using that.  I did not see anything in the current scio codebase or roadmap, and am happy to help/add the ability to write via the write API, should that be something the project is open to.
