Pneumonia shot?

Has anyone got SS after pneumonia shot?

Also, how often do you get SS. I used to get about once per month, but now a couple times a week.

I've never had a pneumonia shot so I can't say anything there. 

My SS usually came after strenuous exercise and I used to get them once or twice a week. For the past few years though I haven't gotten them at all. I can only say that sleeping more and more consistently (I work from home and used to keep the craziest hours), watching a bit more carefully what I eat and losing some weight I think are the best candidates I can point to as for the reason why mine have stopped. I only get them now, maybe once in a year or so when I have some kind of collision on the field or if I go a few days without decent sleep.
