So I am noticing more ss in the last few weeks and I think I know why..
I have been back east visiting family and now up in Sacramento at a con with friends. Both places I have not been drinking "enough" water as well as eating salty food and drinking more soda and somr candy.
For awhile I thought it was the cola sodas hitting me more, but now I suspect it is the sugar period, in combination with some dehydration and salty food.
And as usual the trigger of either a bright glare or some sort of cellphone or computer monitor.
The c shape seems to be randomly to either the left or the right, I'd be curious to know what that means exactly.
I would also like to find a proven preventative, not to excuse not eating/drinking well, but to give me a bit more tollerance for minor dietary slips.
