pixels type in API

Back in June, John Ehresman implemented a new 'pixels' type for Scintilla.iface and that was committed for release 5.6.4. I was worried about this breaking projects that use Scintilla.iface so there were some adjustments to allow projects to migrate at their own pace. Comments were used for the new type along with an option to read those comments in Face.py and a converter script scripts/FilterPixels.py.

It is now 3 months and 3 versions later so it is time to drop the compatibility helpers.

This has now been committed and will be present in the next release.

If this causes problems for anyone, further temporary accommodations could be provided such as distributing a copy of Scintilla.iface in the previous format.
