Monospaced problem on Cocoa

There is a bug in the new SCI_STYLESETCHECKMONOSPACED API on Cocoa resulting in wrong text layout due to rounding the character width. Avoid this call for now on Cocoa.

While fixing this should just be a matter of removing a ‘round’ call in PlatCocoa.cxx there could be more issues.
