Despite what ATT says, it is never just wireless customers. Always impacts internet customers. They took out the entire DMV in Watseka, IL for more than a day last fall with same story. "Software upgrade." Whatever they are rolling out as an "upgrade" really trashes service for days. Been going on for about a year now.

Since the site is still down and there hasn't been any response from Troy, it's likely the site has retired. The link on the download page will be removed with the next release.
