Right now, we have less than a dozen people signed up. I strongly believe this event could be a bit larger. Could you help me in spreading the news? 

A mix of facebook posts, tweets, reddit upvotes, and emails to interested parties ought to do the trick.

Event's 100% free. A decent chunk of supplies are being donated, breakfast is being covered by a volunteer, and I'm covering dinner.

How wide spread should the invites be? To real geeks? Posers?  Age group you want to attend?

Also, can people come for part of the time if they can't make it the whole time?

The event is targeted primarily at highschool and college geeks. We're hoping that people can come and hack all the time, building a working demo by the end. If people can only come for a portion, we won't turn them away.
