What steps will reproduce the problem?

在 emacs-23 中开启 scim-python 中文输入法，则 emacs 的快捷键 M-< (同时按
Alt+Ctrl+,) 和 M->(同时按 Alt+Ctrl+.) 被屏蔽，在半角符号模式下分别输出
<和>，在全角符号模式下分别输出《和》。而这两个快捷键原来分别用作移动到文件头
和文件末尾。

Gentoo Linux (Kernel 2.6.27-r8)
emacs-cvs 23.0.91
scim 1.4.7-r2
scim-python 0.1.13_rc1-r1 从 Gentoo China Overlay 获得(源码编译)

目前没有发现 emacs 其他快捷键受到影响，scim-python 也非常好用。
