Is there any way to "translate" a program using the Malab bvp4c
function into Python with scikits.bvp_solver?
http://www.mathworks.fr/help/techdoc/ref/bvp4c.html

Thanks

Hi Sebastien,

There is no automatic way to translate a program (I have actually not used bvp4c), but I think bvp_solver has most of the functionality that bvp4c has. If you post a specific program and describe what it does and what your issue is, I might be able to help you out.

Cheers,
John

Dear John,
I might be able to do that myself, but I believe that a "translation"
of the examples given on the bvp4c help page would be useful.

Regards
Sébastien

If it's an example you're looking for, Example 4 on this page was translated from Paul Muir's Mathieu example on this page which I believe was translated from Example 2 on the bvp4c page
