Anyone has access to raw Airline mTRL measurements?

Hi!

I'm currently working on the topic of uncertainty evaluation in mTRL calibration. I did my own testing with on-wafer measurement that I have. You can check my repo:

I want to demonstrate traceability using Airline mTRL. So, if any of you have access to raw Airline mTRL measurements, please contact me. The frequency range doesn't really matter. The most important thing is that the dimensions (length and diameters) of the Airlines are known with their standard uncertainty.
