Would you PLZ help me

I want to implement Fuzzy c-Means without using MATLAB TOOLBOX, my programing language is C or MATLAB
How can I find FCM algorithm??

Scikit-Fuzzy exposes fuzzy C-means with Python supported by NumPy.

Please see the example in the official documentation for info about how to use this part of the package.
