Hi SciFund staff,

Is there any way to view stats for the project in the same way you can see site and page views in Google Analytics?

Also, as you have the videos hosted on Vimeo, which I presume provides something like YouTube stats, I would like to know how many views there have been of the video and whether people watched the whole 2:30 of the video.

All helps to understand whether the campaign is being accepted or if I need to change tack?

Regards

I'm not if these are available to you, but if you go to your project and type "/metrics" at the end of the URl you should see your project stats. For instance your url is: https://experiment.com/projects/the-role-of-human-factors-in-scuba-diving-incidents-and-accidents/metrics

You may also be able to view the metrics of all the projects together by checking out: https://experiment.com/institutions/scifund/hub

As for the video, I'm not sure how to access metrics for that.

Ant,

Perfect, just what I was looking for!

Regarding the video stats, I have just had a look at the Vimeo help page http://vimeo.com/stats and it says you can view them. I am assuming, given the number of videos, Experiment probably has a PRO account. Might be worth seeing if you can extract the data from the Vimeo stats page and add a field in the Experiment metrics page.

Great question about video stats, Gareth.

We're revamping the metrics page for researchers. The new version should be able to pull in video data as well. In the meantime, however, I'm happy to send video data manually. It can be exported to .CSV from vimeo, and you can see daily views and likes.

Just let me know!
