questions about transfer of funds

Chris asked a question about transfer of funds, and I wanted to clarify this for everyone.

The projects will stop accepting funds at 11:59 PM Pacific on Friday night.

Pledge collection takes 1 week. Occasionally you will have 1-2 donors with failed credit cards or not enough funds, so we send them emails every 2 days until they fix the credit card information.

Funded projects will get 93% of the funds (3% goes to credit card processing, 4% goes to Experiment). Experiment's fee is usually 5%, but Scifund has a discount.

If you want your funds to go to your University instead of a personal account, please send me an email.

Good luck with the last 3 days! I only got one call so far. ;) 3 days is a long time and if you're not to the finish line yet, ask us how we can get you there!

Cindy,

Had a question about the funds. I was sent an email when I got fully funded saying I should provide my bank info, but when I try to use the appropriate link it sends me to a page saying there was an error. How should I proceed?
