Lee Stanish was recently highlighted in the Society of General Microbiology's Microbe podcast, where she discussed her project to investigate whether microbes can be used to trace methane contamination from natural gas ‘fracking’ in well water, as well as her experiences with crowdfunding and its future prospects.
