Experiment.com Inbox 'Ooops: 500 Error'!

Hi, 

I am trying to send some thank you emails for some donations and I get a 500 Error when I try to access the Inbox.

Any ideas?

Chris, that's okay! Do you prefer sending emails from your personal email or through messaging? 

Anyone want to chime in here and give us some feedback?

I like the personal contact - cultivate those donors! 
What would be an advantage to using the system through Experiment.com?

Maybe sending to a subset of donors without revealing emails of the other donors?
