hi everyone, i have made charter of duties for SH3, plz go thru it.if any correction will be update and then only will publish 




Charter of duty of Security of SH3

The following points has been observe in past few weeks:

1.    In wake of recent incidents happened in township, security of SH-3 needs to reviewed. Any suggestions for improvement are welcomed.

2.    The resident of SH3 are supposed to park their two wheelers in two wheeler parking area. But still many residents are parking their two wheelers near to their room and creating obstruction for four wheeler parking.

3.    As there are approx.40 Nos. of 4-wheelers in SH3, and parking space is limited. It is each individual’s responsibility to park wisely and keep sufficient space to park another four wheeler.

4.    Letters regarding enhancement of parking facility is already submitted to EMU. But, the process is withheld because of shortage of funds. All residents are requested to inquire at EMU regarding it’s progress.

5.    Don’t ask security to bring milk, curd from shopping complex, etc. As, it may happen, that while they are away doing these jobs somebody may sneak-in with ill intentions.

6.    The security is to assist you. Kindly cooperate with them.

 


The role and responsibility of security

1.    To maintain records of each maids, visitors and any outsider entry in SH3 in visitor book.

2.    To switch-on all tube lights in SH3 common area in evening.

3.    To switch-off all tube lights in SH3 common area in morning.

4.    To carry out three rounds in night around SH3.

5.    To collect monthly contribution from SH3 resident.

6.    To collect all letters and keep inside corresponding person letter box.

7.    Noting of two wheeler and four wheeler counts and numbers in register on daily basis in night after 10 pm. (only vehicle parked inside SH3 premises)

8.    Instructing casual labor to not to go to any room for mobile charging.

9.    Not to allow any vendor or sales man inside SH3 premises without EMU permission.

10.  Asking resident to park vehicle in proper order.

11.  Not to entertain any person near security bay.

 


 

The Role and responsibility of all SH3 residents

 

1.    Instruct security to keep vigil.

2.    To park their locked two wheeler in two parking area, and locked four wheeler in four wheeler parking area. It is individual responsibility to park wisely and keep sufficient space to park another four wheeler.

3.    To check regularly, whether security is maintaining visitor records properly or not.

4.    To carry out surprise check, whether maid or visitor coming to individual’s room are writing correct details in visitor books or not.

5.    To maintain hygiene inside SH3 premises.

6.    Not to throw garbage from their window or balcony.

7.    Use dustbins for throwing garbage.

8.    Not to ask security to clean their houses or varanda. The cleaning of area, grass cutting etc. are responsibility of EMU. Kindly contact EMU.

9.    Not to ask security to send letter to EMU on their behalf.

 

 


 

Works carried out by Security APART from their duties till date

 

1.    Keeping vigil on children especially during office hours’ time.  

2.    Assisting in parking of four wheeler.

3.    Receiving all letters, parcels, LPG cylinders on SH3 resident’s behalf.

4.    Immediate action of Informing and registering complaints of power failure in night, leakage in pipe line.

5.    Checking locks of each four wheeler in night.

Good to share responsibilities of security guards. Hope more people join the group
