suggestions & complaints for improvement of SH-3

Just to make aware ofthe activity taken up to the EMU.This is the application which I have given to the EMU on 16Jul 2011 regarding SH-3 maintenance issue.

Sub: suggestions & complaints for improvement of SH-3.
Sir,
I, the undersigned, is resident of SH-3/917. I have some observation, complaint and suggestion for improvement and betterment of SH-3 surroundings.
In the raining season, I and residents are facing inconvenience with the open parking area for two & four wheelers and SH-3 Entry road. In both places the water gets lodged when it rains and makes almost impossible to walk through. And also because of the entry road being narrow, it makes difficult for pedestrian to cross each other if four wheeler vehicle comes from opposite side. It shall be good if EMU may sanction to renovate and put parking tiles in the parking area and increase the height and width of the entry road with new tar. I also request EMU authority to increase the four wheeler parking area space to accommodate the all vehicles since currently they are being parked in and around kids play area.
I observed that the Gardening area around SH-3 and kids play area are in bad condition. The ground is uneven in kids play area. I request the EMU authority to see and improve in the same way as it is being maintained for E-type accommodation.
All Scientist hostel employ private security guard. They do not have any sanitation facility. I request EMU to sanction and built a toilet with drain and water tap facility between SH3 and SH2. The responsibility of cleaning shall be taken by private security.
Working hours for Plumbers, carpenters and other maintenance services are up to 1700hrs. Since most of the residents are bachelors or working couples. In most cases, maintenance persons come and return only to find locked doors. I request concerned authorities to provide maintenance services till at least 2000hrs.
I request EMU concerned authorities to consider and do the necessary action on above mentioned observations, complaints and suggestions.
