Dear all,

our next SIG Scientific Scripting Languages in Archaeology meeting will take place on Friday, 9 January 2026, 16:00–17:00 CET.

This meeting will mainly serve as a coordination meeting ahead of the upcoming Maintainathon (12–16 January 2026). Following our last meeting, we will briefly review the current status of the Maintainathon initiative and discuss remaining tasks, contributions, and communication in the final days before the event.

Planned agenda
- Short recap of Maintainathon goals and scope
- Coordination of website content and advisory texts
- How SIG members can contribute during the Maintainathon week
- Open discussion and exchange
