I hope you are doing well.

This is to inform you that the special issue of International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health (IJERPH) – MDPI (IF 2.849) "Advances in Environmental Toxicology, Pathology and Monitoring" is open for submission with deadline 31 December 2021.

This Special Issue focuses on the current state of the art and perspectives in environmental toxicology, pathology, and monitoring at all integration levels, from molecules to ecosystems. Articles based on field investigations and/or on laboratory experiments, especially those considering environmentally relevant concentrations or having applications in field research and risk assessment, are invited to this Special Issue. We will consider manuscripts dealing with all classes of pollutants, their effects, mechanism of toxicity, interaction with other stressors, biomarkers, and methods to detect their occurrence and impact in abiotic and biotic matrices. The application of new and/or multidisciplinary approaches is encouraged. Scientific diving techniques are certainly eligible. Original research manuscripts, reviews, and case reports are welcome to this issue.
