Yes. Vitiello’s work and presentation are very interesting. Since usual QFT has been so successful in explaining non living matter, it will be fantastic if this modified QFT can explain consciousness. One doubt I have is that experiments on consciousness are much more difficult than on nonliving matter. How will predictions be compared with experiments?

Here is a link to the Dissipation of Dark Energy paper that is not paywalled.
I was searching for the Bogoliubov transformation since Giuseppe mentioned it in connection with one of his papers.
However, it is only very briefly described in
'Appendix B. Essential formal features of the dissipative many-body model'
Gianfranco Basti emphasized the importance of this transformation too.
Among the very many papers of Giuseppe that mention the Bogoliubov transformation, I list the following of possibly special interest.
It looks to be a core tool in making the Double philosophy tractable and widely applicable.
