Circuit Lab Div B question

Our team mentor for Circuit Lab reads the national rules to mean that AC calculations are barred for Div B.  Is this correct?

Yes. However AC concept questions can be asked. Transformers questions can also be asked. AC circuits are not in syllabus for Div B
