Hello everyone!
This Thursday at 3pm we'll be having a Zoom member meeting where anyone interested in running for an officer position for Science Club during the 2022-2023 year will be able to become elected as that position. Please message us back at this email or through our club Discord if you have any questions. Also, please message us if you're interested in a position so we can better coordinate this upcoming meeting and get an understanding of how many people will be running for each position.
Anyone can become a board member!! There are little requirements to run for a position and the lack of experience as a board member is hardly a problem at all. This is my first time being an officer of any club, and although it was challenging to learn the ropes in the beginning, it becomes much easier to carry out your responsibilities by personalizing each experience in your own unique way! Also, we will hold a final meeting next week to explain the roles of each position over Zoom for those who become elected to allow for a much smoother transition and ease of access.
