THE LARGE-SCALE SHEDDING of AMERICAN COMMUNISM

(all comsats listed and described at groups.google.com/group/

Preface to Letter...Hey, Citizen Journalist can't do that...or...
PROPOSAL 23 (general):
THE RESTORATION of the FOUNDING FATHER'S JUDEO-CHRISTIAN-FEDERALIST/
CONSTRUCTIONIST-CLASSICAL MARKET LIBERAL (DON'T HAVE A CARDIAC
ARREST: SHORTLY THEREAFTER KNOWN as CAPITALISM and having NOTHING
to do with TODAY'S EVIL LIBERALISM - which is next to SOCIALISM on the
POLITICAL/ECONOMIC SPECTRUM which in turn is next to COMMUNISM)                       CONSTITUTION within ten years (forgive me my foolish optimism or is foolish: AMERICANS    can to nearly the impossible when they set their mind to it - remember: landing a MAN on another HEAVENLY-CELESTIAL ORB within a mere TEN YEAR PERIOD!).
President Thomas Jefferson described the role of the federal government predicated
on the real U.S. Constitution in his first Inaugural Address not the bogus "progressive/
secular 'living' constitution" developed between 1870-1935 (long after his death:
R.I.P. and which presidents t. roosevelt, wilson, fdr, lbj and obama (lower-case  letters
intentional) have been successfully implementing).
He stated that fed gov was limited to:
Proposal 24 (specific):
1) Acknowledge and adore God. Why? According to the "Declaration of Independence"
and the real "U.S. Constitution" the People get their Rights from God and can't be taken
away and government gets its powers from the People. What did lib dems say after they
shoved Obama-care through: "We created a new right" (according to the 'progressive'
constitution they did!; real Constitution such gigantic change must go through the
difficult amendment process). They unconstitutionally seized control of 17% now of the
economy coupled with financial, food, water, student loan reform plus new controls
in insurance, banking and auto industries - - over 40% potentially and that spells               socialism! and rocket speed move toward planet communism!).
T.J. said: "Can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their
only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are the
Gift of God?" (1781, Notes on the State of Virginia). Back in the day, the president was
also in charge of education in the District of Columbia, T.J. ordered that the schools
being built in D.C. begin and end their day with a prayer and that the Bible be used to
help teach English just like in the 13 states. The lousy little lying liberals (you just got
to love that alliteration!) lie about Amendment One in the "Bill of Rights" and what T.J.
meant when he used the term "separation of church-and-state" in one personal letter.
Proposal 25 (specific):
2) Exercise frugality in spending and restraint in power.
Proposal 26 (specific):
3) Restrain the infliction of injury. Don't inhibit the creativity and innovation of good
people with laws and regs but protect the good from the bad.
Proposal 27 (specific):
4) Encourage Entrepreneurship and Free Enterprise. Don't discourage productivity
with expensive to comply with and/or unnecessary and/or redundant and/or silly regs
but help establish an environment for competition.
Proposal 28 (specific):
5) Protect Property and Earnings of Citizens. The gov should only seize private property
rarely and only when absolutely necessary. It should not tax the income of the
citizenry. According to the Constitution the fed gov must support itself via tariffs on
imported products, user fees and money collected from the payments of fines accrued
through federal crimes. Amendment 16 which took effect in 1913 allowed for a Federal
Income Tax. There was a Federal Income Tax during the Civil War to help pay the
cost of the war but was deemed unconstitutional by U.S. Supreme Court after the war
(how convenient!).
Proposal 29 (general):
Get marx out of gov!
Proposal 30 (specific): carl marx, creator of communism, proposed "progressive income
tax." In 1913, amendment 16 had been passed and took effect: the top 1% of Americans               (the wealthiest) were taxed at 1%; by 1920, all
Americans by 1% to 10% (different income brackets - progressively higher, the more
that you make). The amendment is constitutional but violates Constitution two ways:
it punishes people for working hard and it treats individuals differently. According to
real Constitution, you can't treat an individual or a company or a group of individuals
or companies differently then another individual or company or group of individuals
or companies: Equal Protection Clause. (obama is a constitutional criminal for 7 reasons -
one of which is: he singled out certain banks for bail-outs and not others). Wouldn't it
be wonderful if we revoked amendment 16 as unconstitutional and then fed gov would
have much less money and would be less intrusive in the lives of citizens - we would be
free again! Short of that we should have a Flat Income Tax of approximately 20% for
everyone with only a charitable deduction (real) and a first mortgage deduction. (Those              earning less then 40,000 still shouldn't pay Federal Income Tax thanks to Bush). If you earn a
$100,000, you pay $20,000; if you earn $500,000, you pay $100,000; that's fair and doesn't
punish people for working hard - something that is un-capitalistic!
Proposal 31 (general):
marx proposed fed gov moving in the direction of fully controlling whole industries,
including, financial. We have been moving in that direction for the past 100 years.
We must get back to basics; we must get back to the real Constitution! Get the fed gov
out of commercial and investment banking (very limited control and no more),
agriculture, auto, etc.
Proposal 32 (specific):
Revoke Obama-care which hurts individuals, small businesses and corporations. obama-
care represents 17% of GDP now and potentially over 30% when implementation
completed in 2014!  We all - well, you should be! - aware of the horrors of
socialized medicine. We are heading in that direction directly or with 'private'
health insurance controlled by fed gov and 'private' health insurance serving as a
front for socialized medicine. obama-care should have been a constitutional
amendment (it wouldn't have passed: over 30 states oppose it and it is unconstitutional;
then again - remember: amendment 16). It was passed in an unconstitutional manner.
Proposal 33 (specific):
obama-f.c.c. power-play must be stopped. There's an old army saying: "If it ain't
broke, don't fix it!" Internet is making a profit, being innovative, creating
jobs and a haven for free-speech. It will now be heavily regulated! We all know - or                   should damn it! - what happens when gov takes over something.
WE MOST RETURN TO OUR CONSTITUTION BEFORE WE WAKE UP TO DISCOVER
THAT OUR RIGHTS ARE SHEDDING AWAY!
Proposal 34:
Invest more money in NASA's R & D involving a magnetic reusable launcher.
It would be much faster then chemical rockets and a lot less expensive. Further,
there is no doubt but that there would be terrestrial applications.
Perhaps, after we have an operational Air Force X-37B, we will work toward
a next generation of the vehicle which would be magnetized; it would represent
a totally reusable system.
We might send magnetic Orion or Orion-like craft into earth orbit and then switch        to nuclear thermal or ion stage aka earth-transfer-vehicle (See "Action Chain Letter
5, Proposal 18).
Japan is constructing an extremely expensive magnetized train with an electric
engine which levitates above aluminum tracks.
The U.S. and U.K. have tested an electric generator which generates enough
electricity to power a small city but is being used to create a magnetic field
two inches wide that can magnetize anything. including, plastic and spiders.
However, it would, at the present time, cost half a billion to create magnetic
field two feet wide to levitate a person. It wouldn't likely harm for it wouldn't
use much more magnetism then an MIR.
NASA is our main technological engine for our economy; its role needs to be
enhanced to the level that it enjoyed in the 1960s.

Includes: Building on Previous NASA Proposals

THE LARGE-SCALE SHEDDING of AMERICAN COMMUNISM
                                                 by Richard DePersio
(all comsats listed and described at groups.google.com/group/
rickcosmos-eclectic; please visit Facebook: NASA_Ares & YouTube: Rickaddsite)
PREFACE to LETTER (Can he preface a letter? He's doing it). Please NASA-mail or
email to five family members and/or friends and/or co-workers and/or phone selected
members of congress and/or leave messages at their websites (Suggestion apropos to
latter two categories at "Action Chain Letters" 5, 2, 1).
Proposal 34 (specific):
End death or inheritance tax. marx believed in an inheritance tax of 100% (double
taxation: money taxed when person was alive and again after he dies - how cruel). The
dearly departed didn't create nest egg for Uncle Sam. It had grown to 55%; Bush
negated it. In 2010- it reared its ugly head again: 45% taxed above $5 million. It will
result in many small businesses and farms going under as children must convert
assets into cash to pay tax. This might have to wait for new president; one who
believes in the Founding Fathers and their docs: "Declaration of Independence,"
"Constitution, including, 'Bill of Rights'" and "Federalist Papers."
WE MOST RETURN TO OUR CONSTITUTION BEFORE WE WAKE UP TO DISCOVER
THAT OUR RIGHTS ARE SHEDDING AWAY!
