Hola a tots

 

Comença la recta final i hi ha bastants coses per acabar de fer i per parlar. Com us va el dilluns dia 13 a les 13 h a la Sala de Juntes de la planta 4. (Hi haurà entrepans i begudes)

Necessitem confirmació.

 

Aquí va un attachment i un  resum per treballar

 

Difusió

-       Ja tenim els flyers i els pòsters, s’han fet enviaments per correu i per mail. Necessitem voluntaris per repartir-los pels diferents barris, i per posar-los als taulons d’anuncis de les Universitats, a restaurants, bars, locals.... Ja està en català i castellà

 

Experiments

-       Els experiments per emportar a casa els hauríem de tenir abans el 17 de setembre...

-       Els contingut dels pòsters dels nous experiments els necessitem JA! Per encarregar el disseny i la impressió

 

Exposicions Multimèdies

-       HANGAR està treballant i esperem poder veure alguna cosa ben aviat. Finalment 2 instal·lacions es faran als locals grans de la plaça que encara no estan ocupats. La sonora es farà a la terrassa de la planta 1 i a la Plaça Darwin (ho explicarem a la reunió)

Estem buscant més laboratoris... de moment estan disposats

-       GRIB  - 4th floor

-       Vernos - cell division (CRG) – 5^th floor

-       Jesús - zebrafish (CRG) – 5^th floor

-       CMRB - stem cells - 7th floor

-       CREAL - ground floor

-       microarrays (IMIM)

-       assaigs clínics (IMIM)

-       microscopia (CRG).

 

Cafè Científic

-       No tenim cap informació...!!!

 

Racó del lector i conta contes

-       S’instal·larà a sota de l’auditori, amb llibres cedits per la biblioteca Sagrada Família i la Cia PeRaBaBaus interpretarà uns quants contes

 

Lliurament del II Premi El·lipse de divulgació científica

-       No hi ha problema

 

Coral del PRBB

-       Farà una actuació en el lliurament del Premi

 

Batucada

-       Confirmada amb el grup The Band Sambant

 

Voluntaris

-       En aquest moment tenim 106 voluntaris. En necessitem més però anem bé. Ara tornarem a posar informació a la cafeteria i a les plantes i es tracta de fer soroll.

-       Cal saber quants voluntaris necessita cada activitat i repartir.

-       Important fer una bona formació prèvia

 

 

 

Hi everyone,

We are in the final stages and there are a lot of things to do and to decide. What do you think if we meet on Monday 13th at 15h at the Sala de Juntes on the 4th floor (There will be sandwiches and drinks). We need confirmation

 

A summary to start with:

Awareness campaign
- We have got the flyers and posters. They have been sent by post and e-mail. We need volunteers to hand them out around different neighborhoods and put them into university notice boards, restaurants, bars... The material is already in Catalan and Spanish

Experiments
- We should have the experiments protocols sheets before September 17th ...
- We need the content of the posters of the new experiments NOW! To order the design and printing.

Multimedia exhibitions
- HANGAR is working and we hope to see something soon. Finally two installations will be installed in the locals that are not yet occupied at the square. The sound installation will be installed on the terrace on the first floor at the Darwin Square (we will explain it during the meeting)

 

Guided visits

We are looking for more laboratories… At the moment, we have:

Reader's corner and storytellers
- It will be installed under the auditorium, with books donated by the Sagrada Familia library. The PeRaBaBaus company will play a few tales.


II El·lipse Award for science communication
- No problem

PRBB Choir
- They will sing in the Award ceremony

Batucada
- Confirmed with the group The Band Samba

Volunteers
- At the moment there are 106 volunteers. It’s all right, but we need more. We will put again information in the restaurant and the floors. It’s about making noise.

We need to know how many volunteers every activity will need and to distribute them.

It’s important to give a good previous training
