Manhattan February Market Report
Signed contracts decreased by 6.2%, while there was a notable increase of 13.5% in the average number of days inventory remained on the market compared to the same period last year.

In contrast to the prior month, both average and median sale prices witnessed a drop, with decreases of 1.7% and 4.5%, respectively.
Luxury Market Snapshot

In February, the luxury real estate market (properties valued at 4M+) experienced a notable shift in activity. The month began with 21 contracts signed in the first week, followed by a peak in the final week with 29 contracts signed.

This marked a change from the previous pattern, where peak activity occurred towards the beginning of the month.
