Fatal errors in XPM report - Group validations

Good morning!

We are encountering a problem with fatal errors in the "Group Validations" section of the XPM report, as shown in the attached screenshot.

The error message says that "Journal data in the XML files must be consistent with http://static.scielo.org/sps/titles-tab-v2-utf-8.csv"

I have downloaded the CSV file, and the journal that we are submitting content for is present in row #671. The data looks the same as that contained in the XML file. The data contained in the XML file is identical to the data contained in the XML files for previous submissions.

I have attached the XPM report and the XML file of one of the articles from the submission for reference.

We would very much appreciate your assistance in helping to fix this error. Many thanks in advance for any help you can offer here.
