Boa Tarde
Fiz as instalações do markup, java e phyton em outra maquina e não estou conseguindo executar o comando install_requirements (não abre o CMD para instalar os requisitos)
quando tento executar o XPM da a seguinte noticia de erro:
packtools is not installed as expected: <type 'exceptions.ImportError'> No module named packtools

Quando instalei o phyton marquei o PiP e marquei tambem para adicionar o python ao Path.
Não consigo ver o que possa ter feito errado durante o processo de instalação.
Alguém poderia me ajudar?

Edite o arquivo com editor de texto Notepad ou Notepad++. Não use word.
Fixando o número das versões dos requisitos.
Aí execute novamente o install_requirements.bat
