Erros na marcação XML

Prezados, boa tarde!

Ao realizar o XPM do lote ele retorna com o seguinte erro:

Na documentação o indicado é usar o fn-type="coi-statement" para marcação de conflito de interesses, mas quando eu coloco essa tag na marcação ele aparece esse erro.

Como posso resolver esse erro?
