Problemas de instalação XPM

[Mateus Saraiva Silva]

Bom dia. Realizei todo o procedimento de instalação, porém meu arquivo .bat não realiza a instalação com êxito. Tenho apenas a versão 2.7.17 do Python instalada.

Acompanhei também a conversa, mas não tive sucesso:

use python -m pip

Prezado Mateus

Eu acho que está rodando o python3 no lugar do 2.

Execute python -V e verifique a versão.

Se for comprovado que é a versão 3.

Localize onde está instalado a versão 2 então use o caminho completo.

Pode ser que a partir de 2.7.17 exista alguma incompatibilidade com as bibliotecas exigidas.

Por gentileza, tente uma versão 2.7 anterior, sempre 32 bits.

Prezada Roberta,

Instalei a versão 2.7.10 de 32-bits do Python e o erro persiste.

Testei também a versão 2.7.3 e o resultado foi o mesmo

Este comando faz acesso à Internet. Eu suponho que você esteja conectado.

Verifica se há alguma aplicação como um antivirus ou algo do sistema operacional que esteja impedindo que o comando complete.

Adicione python.exe como exceção.
