Hey so I'm trying to arrange the doodle for our test subjects to fill out. I need some time suggestions from you guys. When are we free?
We'll set a few dates and times & hopefully they'll fill it out in a timely manner. I want to do this asap because now we have to wait for their responses...

Give us the doodle to start with and we'll check off our schedule
before the subjects get to it. After all, given our design, it may not
be necessary to have more than one experimenter present at once.

There should be some way to get it to poll hours of availability
rather than just days. I think that that's the kind of resolution
we'll need for this to be useful.

Ok so I sent the doodle link to the list of volunteers. These three emails, helia_...@hotmail.com, george...@hotmail.com, olg...@yahoo.com got bounced back, though. Either I copied them incorrectly or their emails are invalid, whatever that implies.

Hey one of the volunteers asked how long they have to stay for. What should I say? 30 min? 1 hr? I honestly don't know as it kind of depends on how many volunteers are showing up on that particular day...

1/2 hour sounds about right, even if the Cola group joins us.
Monday morning, and Tuesday/Thursday Evening so far look the best.
Should I bring the wine for tomorrow, I'm not sure if anyone is even
going to show up monday morning given so little notice and activity on
doodle.
As it is, I doubt Tfunk or Giselle will be attending, and Announcing
Either Tuesday/Thursday evening gives us a comfortable distance which
we can announce in lecture.
Thoughts?
