todays science bowl meeting

          I just wanted to remind you guys that we are having a science bowl meeting at my place today evening from 6-8. If you guys have lectures, you can share them if you would like. I will be doing mine on Keppler's laws. This was a topic on the parking lot. Right now, Srisai, Arul, and Josh have confirmed that they will come today. Thank You!

Hello everyone! I can host the meeting this week. Is everyone fine Sunday 4-6? Please confirm if you can come or if you can't make it and we need to reschedule. Also, I suggest that this week we focus on questions instead of lectures because the lectures take up too much time and we never do questions anymore. Arul's mom called Shreyas and I a while ago. Arul can't make it today but can make it tomorrow. I'm busy till about 6:45. Can we have the meeting then? Arul also said he was fine with it.

Actually, I think we should go from 6:45 to 8:45 to keep the consistent 2 hours we usually have.

To sum up the meeting Sunday at my house, we did pretty good over all. All of us besides Jeffrey, who was on vacation, came to the meeting. We decided to skip lectures for this week and focus only on questions. We did Zatobowl for most of the time and took a couple of breaks in between. There were some questions we had to try more than once on, but most of those questions were stuff we couldn't possibly get (like the PHP one). A suggestion for the next meeting is that we could start lectures again, I think we should alternate weeks for lectures and questions.

Another idea I had was that if most of us are getting bored with two hours of lectures, we can limit the lectures to three a meeting.

Hi Arul, I am fine at that time at your house. I think we should give one more week of lectures today but if possible, then I think that each should be 5 min long. Then while doing the questions, if we have any doubts and someone's lecture would be able to cover it, then they could present the next part to just cover the topic we had a doubt on. Also Srisai and I have a presentation as of now. If anyone else has one they could do it too. Also, if we have five people at the meeting, then should we do zatobowl or the old website with the rounds? Does anyone know what remains on the parkinglot? THANKY YOU!
