sicncebowl meeting venue for week of 7/20

Hi all, sorry that I wasn't available on Sat evening. I already sent out an e-mail saying that I could host the meeting on one of the weekdays this week but I need a list of timings and days that you guys are available. I know that Jeffrey is still in France so we could communicate through email or some chat with him.

 

Right now, I am available on Tue and Fri before 5:30 and Wed and Thur any time. We could have it on Sat or Sun but if we have it on Sun, It would be like missing a meeting.

Srisai said he is fine with the current option of Wed at 6 and he will keep us updated. If you could pleease add available timings and days to this email, it would be great.

 

Also, I'm not sure if this group e-mail has all parent's and our emails added so please forward it to anyone who doesn't get it. Thank You.

Hi guys,

Currently, I could possibly make Wednesday or Thursday, but it is too tight for me and I can't guarantee my participation on one of these days. Since there are 3 people other than me who can possibly meet, unless Joshua isn't back, I think we should call off the make-up meeting.

Hi Guys,

I can only make Wednesday after 6:00. If Arul can find another convenient time on Wednesday or Thursday, let me know so I can attend.  I can't make Friday or Saturday for the whole day. However, we will still be meeting on Sunday as usual.

Hi guys, since Arul can't make it after 6 and Srisai can't make it before 6 on Wednesday, I think we should just skip this week's meeting.

 

Also, since Arul isn't free on Sunday, Jeffrey is not in station, and Josh hasn't responded, I guess we can have Sunday's meeting (7/28) on MONDAY (7/29) at 6pm-8pm at my place(Shreyas). 

 

 If anyone has a problem with dropping off, and picking up since your parents are working and it is a weekday my mon can pick you up and drop you off. Please let me know if this timing works for you. Thank you, Shreyas Kiran.

Also, I will be coming to the meeting at 6:15 instead of 6:00 because I have a swimming class.
