I guess the only choice at this time is Exos' SAFiRE... Exos' address is
surely in the sci.virtual-worlds online archive... If you are able to
locate this company, there can be another:

I do remember someone who put a force feedback mechnism into a mouse, so it
could change the friction between of the ball, but I have to found out...
