I just wanted to let you all know that sci.v-w.apps has been down for
the past week or so due to a big dumb error of mine-- I basically typed
"rm bin/*" instead of "rm tmp/*"-- deleting all of our moderation
executables. Oops. Fortunately I had a copy of the source code around,
but it didn't work quite right when I re-compiled, and blah blah blah... :-)

The long and the short of it is that I think everything should be back to
normal now. Sorry about the delay in getting messages through in a timely
fashion!
We now return you to your regularly-scheduled newsgroup discussions...
