Hello,
We have Saturn 2200 Mass Spectrophotometer. I am not able to do Mass
calibration. The message comes up as unable to locate mass 69. When I
did calgas adjustment, with the voltage 1200, Ion time is high (about
5000) but when I increase the electron multiplier voltage to 1450 ion
time comes down to around 700. I could not adjust the calgas just
turning up the calgas valve on MS. If I am right, I think calgas is
not flowing into the MS or may be there is no calgas in the vial (I do
see colourless liquid in the vial). Also when I try to do mass
calibration, it gives the message that unable to locate mass 69. So I
think we need to fill or change calgas. Please somebody correct me if
I am wrong. If I am right, somebody please advice me on how to change
or fill the calgas.

Thank you very much. I greatly appreciate your help.
