} What version of MassLynx are you running, maybe you should try an
} older version of the software.

I'm using MassLynx 4.1. At the moment we have identified the problem
as being linked to the Acquity LC because everytime I start injecting
via the LC the problem resurfaces. Will keep you posted. am getting
incredible help from the Waters guys in the UK.
