NASA's Orion went DARK for 47 minutes - but not before the
capsule shared fascinating new images of the moon's cratered
surface
NASA unexpectedly lost communication with Orion at 1:09 am
ET on Wednesday for 47 minutes
. . .
Ok ... I'm gonna call bullshit here. The thing has a
bunch of redundant comm systems ; no WAY they'd all go
out, and then back on, at the same time. If all that
stopped then it was intentional, to HIDE something.
If you're a UFO nut you'll say that was the 47 minutes
aliens were close-up inspecting the craft. If you're
into political conspiracies then that's when some
Russian/Chinese structure or craft was visible. There
might even have been a very embarassing problem with
the craft that would make NASA look stupid.
These days, amateurs have telescopes good enough to
see more than a little dot if they zoom in on a
craft in lunar orbit like this. Other nations spy
sats can be pointed up instead of down too. The
Chinese can surely get a very good view from their
space station. Let's see what emerges :-)
