Last year we lost the first man on the moon, now the
last to leave a footprint there. It's been THAT long now.
SpaceX promises to get us to the moon and mars Real
Soon Now but I have doubts. China says IT will be the
first to mars ... also Real Soon.
Yea ... it IS an expensive business and the rewards are
often delayed. Still, if we don't go we'll get NOTHING.
Many of us were hoping for "warp drive" or something
at least a tenth as good by now. Hasn't happened - still
chemicals and Issac Newton. Bummer.
