I am trying to build a laboratory scale thruster which uses mono
propellants and is thermally ignited.Although i got few papers on net
but none of them were of help .It would be of great help if you all
can suggest some mono props or some papers to me.

First of all, use a better title. I almost never read some as generic
as "help". Secondly you need to give a lot more context. Are you
doing some kind of project with a university? Is it for station
keeping? Or do you want to just have some fun? Having built amateur
rockets before, I can assure that finding reference info is the really
easy part, and that was before the internet (ie have you searched this
group on google?).

If you are not doing something with a university or the like, then i
suggest you get in touch with your local rocket club. There are
important rules in most countries that must be followed. Also they
will have expertise in a particular design and will be able to help
directly. For example my rocket club makes almost 100% solids for the
amateur meets. While I was the only guy doing liquids, i couldn't get
much help from the other guys.

Hydrazine, 100% Hydrogen peroxide are mono-propellants.
