I can't offer any payment at this point, internet
publshing is not
(for me anyway) a for-profit business, but I'm hoping
you'd like the
regular venue.
My plans are to have the first issue (that's not really
an appropriate
term in web publishing, but my backround in conventional
journalism
shows) ready at the beginning of April.
