How much experience/institutional knowledge remains at NASA and
ULA/Boeing for manned flights ?
Are there many employees left from Shuttle era?
With SpaceX, the impression I have is that NASA is more of an observer
with SpaceX control centre being in charge. Is that the same for Boeing
or is manned flight new to Boeing ?
(speaking more in terms of launch/fllight activities and planning for
them as opposed to building hardware).
Or has NASA been able to train new generations of employees based on
Shuittle experience?
