Systems Design and Engineering, to be presented in
Cocoa Beach on December 14-16, 2009.

Sounds interesting, but I won't be able to attend.

The high cost of development and the lack of market to support it.

Coupled with its not being sexy enough to justify throwing taxpayer's
money at.
