...Actually, they're using some frequencies assigned to Chinese Food
delivery services by the FCC. The Red Chinese got permission to use
these during that missile tech gift during the Clinton
misadministration.

So it is up to the Govermenting Body of the United States of America
to allow or dissallow people in other parts of the world to use a
radio transmitter. Hurray for the free world!
