About a year ago NASA had a 6.6Mb .pdf file that had 200 pages of memos
which gave the MOCR manning for missions from Gemini 10 thru Apollo 17.
Unfortunately there are only two pages for Apollo 11, page 1 being
Kraft's introductory page, and page 2 giving some of the controller
names. I do have another source which fills in some of the other names
(surnames only). The list below gives the names from Kraft's June 30
1969 list, and then below the ********* the names from my other source.

Note that these were pre-mission plans and don't necessarily reflect
actual manning during the mission. Typically controllers might swap
around and work longer/shorter shifts depending on mission
requirements and/or changes in flight plan.

Gene Kranz's book, "failure is not an option", has the list for his white
team.

To reinforce my caveat in the list I posted above - the list in "Failure"
has many differences to the June 30 list. Kranz's White team contains
several members who were in different teams on that list.
The list in "Failure" is fairly brief and includes:
